 The Aratt Cityscape Villa comes fully furnished and features a multi-level design that includes a private pool, cinema room, spacious dining area and outdoor kitchen. Using flexible interior space in an innovative way, each residence is designed for optimum use of the existing 800 square meter plot. This contemporary yet timeless architecture offers integrated indoor/outdoor living throughout its interiors. A balance is struck between functionality and form to ensure the building adapts seamlessly to any climate or environment.  

 The Aratt Cityscape Villa is the first in a series of 2D plus 3D buildings. It represents one of our earliest, historic contemporary building designs. The design is great for creating a small neighborhood or business district. We will be releasing the buildings in pairs so that you have both the 2D building and an accompanying 3D building. These are great for creating major cities with high contrast between low and high rise buildings.
